These are the terms and conditions for MarineElectronics.eu for all goods ordered through this website. They are intended to be fair to you as the customer. As a consumer these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

By purchasing from us you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by our returns policy. These are the sole terms and conditions upon which MarineElectronics.eu operates, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall be considered valid.

When confirmation of your order is received, it is an indication that your order has been obtained for processing- it does not indicate that a contract exists between the two parties. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between the seller and purchaser is in place when an invoice is sent. This term is to protect in case of an error in pricing or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for valid reasons.

In the case of a change in price after an order has been placed, we will always contact the customer first to notify them of the issue and to ensure that the amended price is acceptable before proceeding with the order.

If an ordered item is not in stock, we will email or call you before deciding how to proceed. Items are normally delivered in 8-10 working days, please allow adequate time when ordering.

MarineElectronics.eu aims to deliver your order as soon as payment is received. Your order will not be accepted until payment is received in full, in the case of cheques until your funds have been cleared. (Please note all cheques need to be in Euros).

All prices are displayed without VAT and are eligible to 23% VAT (sales tax) or 20% VAT if in the UK, unless you have a registered VAT number in a non Irish EU country.

All credit card details you enter on our website are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. MarineElectronics.eu does not have access to full card details, nor will information be provided to customers regarding payment specifics. This is our standard safety feature to ensure your security when purchasing on this site.

Please note that we are an online store only and do not provide maintenance, installation or repaire services. If the product you have purchased requires assembling, servicing or maintenance etc. we will be happy to provide you with contact details for someone in your local area that can provide you with these services.
